  • Pago Airport is a two-part restaurant design including a full sit-down restaurant accompanied by a quick pick grab and go deli counter for customers on the run (to fly).

    Pago Restaurant has been a staple in the growing world of restaurants in Salt Lake City and has long been recognized as a benchmark for quality local ingredients, tasty food, and an amazing beverage program… kudos to Scott!

    The challenge of complimenting an existing timeless rustic brand in a stark white airport environment required a thoughtfully catered design solution.

    An efficient flexible floor plan with a mix of brick, plate steel, and barnwood create a warm environment to snag a plate of roasted beets and an Old Fashioned before that long flight home from an epic Utah ski vacation… bringing farm-to-table quality to the airport!
